Grant Litteken
Grant Litteken has been with the City of O’Fallon, Illinois since 2011. He serves as the Assistant City Administrator, where he assists in thecoordination of the day-to-day operations of the City of O’Fallon which includes approximately 200 full time employees and an annual operating budget of $80 million.
Grant is Past President of the Southwestern Illinois City Management Association and Illinois City/County Management Association Board of Directors. His work has been recognized with an Outstanding Local Government Award by the East-West Gateway Council of Governments and the International City/County Management Association Public Management Publication.
Grant holds a Master of Public Administration degree from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville and a Bachelor’s degree in political science and labor relations from the University of Illinois Urbana- Champaign.
Grant and his wife (Tara) have one son (Calvin) and a daughter (June).
