Andrew Wesemann
Dr. Andrew Wesemann is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Public Administration and Policy Analysis at SIUE. Dr. Wesemann earned an MPA and a Ph.D. in Public Affairs from the Harry S. Truman School of Public Affairs at the University of Missouri-Columbia. He also earned a Bachelor of Science in Public Affairs with an emphasis on Public Financial Management from the School of Public and Environmental Affairs at Indiana University-Bloomington. Dr. Wesemann's research interests lie in strategic human capital management, organizational psychology, and public and nonprofit administration. In addition to his academic background, Dr. Wesemann has substantial public sector experience as a governmental consultant, policy analyst, and program director.
