Professional Activities
Steve joined Tarlton Corporation as a Project Director in 1989 and was promoted to Vice President-Concrete Group in 2003. Steve is a Certified Professional Constructor and has over 31 years of experience in the building industry. He serves as the Concrete Council President and is a member of the Concrete Council Board of Directors, AGC of Missouri, and the MSD-AGC-SITE Joint Committee. He formerly served as a Board Member for both the Engineers Club of St. Louis and the SIUE CLI Advisory Board. Steve was also the recipient of the Concrete Council Quality Concrete Award in 2008 and 2011.
