Professional Activities
Becky Spurgeon joined Interface Construction in 1987 following a brief career in public accounting. In 2012, Becky was promoted from her position as Vice President/CFO to President of Interface Construction. Becky is responsible for the company’s overall financial plans and policies along with its accounting practices and its relationships with the financial community. She directs treasury, budgeting, audit, tax and accounting activities for the company and its subsidiaries. She also serves on the Corporate Management Committee that is responsible for the development and implementation of corporate policy and procedures and short and long-term planning.
Community/Personal Activities:
Becky is a member of the Construction Financial Management Association, Associated General Contractors of America, and St. Louis Forum. She serves on the Oasis Financial Committee, YWCA St. Louis Board of Directors, YWCA Leader Lunch Steering Committee, YWCA Finance Committee, YWCA Facilities Committee, YWCA Circle of Women Steering Committee, YWCA Circle of Women Society, Boys & Girls Club Co-Chair, Boys & Girls Club Table for Four Luncheon Committee, St. Louis County Library Foundation Board, St. Louis County Library Foundation Fundraising Committee, St. Louis Community College Foundation Board, St. Louis Community College Foundation Strategic Planning Committee, and is a participant in the Washington University Women’s Leadership Forum.
