Course Description
How do you know you are building the right product? Do you know your customer or end user well enough? Most companies are solving the wrong problem. According to research from the Harvard Business Review, a significant portion of companies, around 85% of executives, believe their organizations are "bad at diagnosing problems," meaning they often end up solving the wrong problems by not properly identifying the root cause or most impactful issues, leading to potentially wasted time and resources on solutions that don't address the core challenges.
For you to deliver a product, solution or service that resonates with your customer/user, it is important that you understand them and their needs. Join us at this intro session to explore the concepts of Design Thinking where we will share some of the ways you can make your product better and serve the user’s needs. In this virtual training we will see what helps product teams create feasible and user-focused solutions to complex problems in design. We will help participants understand the nuances of product design to create better products faster, reduce costs, and increase profits.
