Robert hails from Colorado, but has spent time in Arizona, Texas and Germany. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in psychology from Arizona State University and his MBA from the University of Phoenix. Robert was a senior academic advisor for eight years at the University of Phoenix, where he set up the Process Improvement Team and the Ideas Marketplace. He also worked at Arizona State University for three years as a retention specialist, where he developed outreach programs for first-year students to improve persistence rates. Robert loves matching challenges with creative solutions and empowering students to meet their goals.
