About Dr. Marianno
Dr. Marianno teaches courses in the Educational Administration program. She joined SIUE in 2024 after completing her Ph.D. at the University of Delaware. Dr. Marianno cares deeply about preparing and supporting educational leaders to center equity within their leadership.
Research Profile
Dr. Marianno’s research is focused on centering equity within school improvement efforts through leadership, policy, and professional learning. She uses critical lenses to examine P-12 policies and practices while also working collaboratively alongside educators and educational leaders to identify opportunities to better center equity within their work.
