About Dr. Hall
Dr. Hall teaches courses on professional development and diversity in higher education. She also advises student’s final research projects at the master’s level as well as supervises field placements for students. Dr. Hall joined SIUE in January 2020 after obtaining her Ed.D. in Higher Education Leadership from Maryville University.
Research Profile
Dr. Hall’s research interests include recruitment, retention, and support of faculty across institutional types to understand faculty job satisfaction.
