Cancellation / Refund Policy
All cancellation / refund requests must be made in writing and emailed to outreach@siue.edu. Cancellation / refund requests must be received at least five business days prior to the first day of any conference, course or event, unless otherwise specified. A refund, minus a $15 administrative fee, will be processed as long as the above terms are met. If you have questions regarding this policy, please contact us at 618-650-3210 oroutreach@siue.edu. Please note that these policies do not apply to undergraduate and graduate courses, which are subject to policies outlined here.
