Message from the Dean
Thank you for your interest in the SIUE School of Engineering. I am proud to serve as dean during this time of rapid growth and exciting endeavors.
We continue to focus on providing outstanding education at one of the finest and most comprehensive engineering schools in the region, as evidenced by:
- Increasingly high demand for enrollment
- New degree programs including a Bachelor of Science in Land Surveying & Geomatics, a Bachelor of Science in Mechatronics and Robotics Engineering, a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering and a Cooperative Doctoral in Engineering Science with SIU Carbondale
- Our new Fowler Student Design Center and Grady Family Foundation Innovation Loft
- The receipt of $1.5 million from the Enterprise Holdings Foundation, the School's largest gift to date, for the renovation and transformation of the Engineering Building atrium into a collaborative student workspace
