You may be eligible for scholarships, awards and grants to help cover college costs such as tuition, fees and living expenses. Upon admission to SIUE and after evaluation of your FAFSA application, the Office of Student Financial Aid will award, to eligible students, numerous types of scholarships and grants. These can be found in your Aid Offer on CougarNet.

Learn more about award criteria and amounts as well as eligibility requirements and other terms and conditions. Please note that many of these awards are available to new students and will not be awarded to continuing students. If you need additional funds as a continuing student, please see the additional scholarship and grant opportunities.

Notice of Scholarship Scams

Students should beware of scholarship scams. If you want to apply for a scholarship but are not sure whether it is legitimate, visit the Federal Trade Commission for scholarship scams.
