Graduate Student Admission Checklist
We're glad you are considering graduate studies at SIUE! Students interested in a particular degree program are encouraged to apply as Classified (degree-seeking). If you wish to enroll in graduate-level courses without applying to the degree program, please visit the Unclassified (non-degree seeking) graduate page.
International applicants who have filed an application for U.S. permanent residency but have not yet been granted approval should apply as a domestic student. You will need to provide your notice of action to demonstrate that your application has been filed. In addition, you must submit an official or attested copy in English of any required transcripts and degree certificate or diploma earned. Additional information regarding international credentials can be found on the international admissions website. Students with credentials earned in a non-English speaking country may be required to provide proof of English proficiency for admission purposes.
