Living on campus is your ticket to success in all areas of your college career. The Cougars play in your backyard. There’s always something exciting happening on campus, and you are just steps away. Grab a friend and head to the Morris University Center, join one of the many clubs or participate in a group fitness class in the Student Fitness Center.

Dining Services

SIUE Dining Services provides quality food and services at a reasonable value. The Meal Plan and Cougar Bucks are both accepted by SIUE Dining Services. SIUE Dining Services offers a variety of food options to fit your needs.

Campus Rec

Campus Recreation has a tremendous diversity of offerings and facilities.

Counseling Services

Counseling Services is committed to aiding students in their maintenance of good mental health. Counselors provide short-term assistance for students with personal, developmental and academic concerns.

MCT Bus

SIUE partners with MCT to provide a free shuttle from Peck Hall to Cougar Village every 10 minutes.

Kimmel Student Involvement Center

The Kimmel Student Involvement Center is the focal point of student involvement and campus life at SIUE. Students interested in getting involved may wish to participate in the Campus Activities Board, Fraternity and Sorority Life, the Student Leadership Development Program, Student Government, Community Engagement, or one of over 250 student organizations.

Bikes

Bicycle racks are located outside all of the residence halls and in Cougar Village. Three bike fix-it stations are located on University Housing communities in Woodland Hall, Cougar Village and Evergreen Hall. These fix-it stations are sponsored by the Office of the Vice Chancellor for Administration.

Parking

All contracted Housing residents with a vehicle on campus are required to buy a residence hall parking permit from Parking Services to park in the area reserved for students. Residents must have a parking hang tag displayed on the rearview mirror of their vehicle before the beginning of the second week of classes.
