Current residents can complete the Returning Resident application to secure their home for fall 2026-spring 2027.

Returning Resident Application Timeline 

• October 20: Application opens 
• October 27: Students who have completed their application by this date will have the chance to win a 32” Smart TV. 
• January 30: Application Closes
• February 9: Open Space Selection starts
• February 24: Open Space Selection closes
