4 Private Bedroom Suite

In Evergreen Hall private suites, all four students have a private bedroom. Each bedroom has an extra-long twin bed, desk/chair, dresser, and closet. The shared space of the suite is a living room with a couch, lounge chair, and side table. The students also share a pantry and bathroom located in the suite. A max of four students can live in the private bedroom suite.

 All the furniture in the room provided by University Housing must stay in the room.

4 Private Bedroom Apartment

In 4-bedroom private apartments, all four students have a private bedroom. Each bedroom has an extra-long twin bed, desk/chair, dresser, and closet. The shared common space has a full kitchen and living room. The kitchen has an electric stove, oven, sink, refrigerator, and cabinets. The living room has a couch, lounge chair, and side table. The students also share a bathroom within the apartment. A max of four students can live in this apartment.

 All the furniture in the room provided by University Housing must stay in the room.

2 Private & 2 Shared Bedroom Apartment

In this apartment, there are four bedrooms. Two bedrooms are private bedrooms. The other two bedrooms are shared bedrooms, meaning that there are two beds in one bedroom where two students are assigned. There are two bathrooms in the apartment for the six students to share (three students to a bathroom). The common living space has a full kitchen and living room. The kitchen has an electric stove, oven, sink, refrigerator, cabinets, and table with six chairs. The living room has a couch, four lounge chairs, and a side table. A max of six students can live in this apartment.

 All the furniture in the room provided by University Housing must stay in the room.

Studio Apartment

This apartment is for one single student. The one room of the apartment has an extra-long twin bed, lounge chair, desk/chair, closet, and a small kitchen area. The kitchen has an electric stove, oven, sink, refrigerator, and cabinets. Inside the apartment is a bathroom for one student. A max of one student can live in this apartment.
