Logging In
Logging In from Your Standard Digital Set (M2008) or from Off Campus In order to access your mailbox to listen to any of your Call Pilot Voice Mail messages, you must first log into the system.- Dial the Call Pilot Mail access number: extension 3142 from any campus phone, or (618) 650-3142 from off campus.
- Enter your mailbox number (the same as your extension), followed by
. - Enter your password followed by . If you have a phone that was recently installed, the password to your phone may be 1 plus your 4 digit extension number. If this doesn't work check with your department's office support staff. If they do not know the voice mail password, please have them prepare an ITS Network & Infrastructure Service requisition form requesting the voice mail password be reset.
