Hannon Hill, the developer of the Cascade CMS, has developed a useful Knowledge Base that provides many useful tips and how-to's for Cascade content managers.

Reminder: Video Files Should Not Be Uploaded Into Cascade
Video files (.mp4, .avi, .mov, etc) should be uploaded to YuJa. You'll need to copy the 'iframe' code for that video in YuJa and follow the instructions on inserting video into your Cascade page using the 'Inserting a Video' link above.
