Kris Crosby, an East St. Louis, IL native first came to SIUE as a basketball student-athlete in 2003. Before joining the University Marketing and Communications team in 2014, he was a SIUE's men's basketball assistant coach for six years and athletic department graphic designer for one year.
An SIUE double alum, Kris holds a Bachelor of Science in Mass Communications with an emphasis in Media Advertising and a Master of Science in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Sports Management. His responsibilities in his current position are to create and design print and web materials for the University as well as ensuring protection, promotion and strength of the university’s visual identity and messaging across academic departments, colleges, and units.
Kris describes himself as a God-lead family man and loves spending time with his wife and sons when he is not at work. Kris resides in Edwardsville, Illinois with his wife Annie, an SIUE alumnus, and three boys, Kristopher Jamir, Aiden, and Kayson.
