Beth Giese joined the University Marketing and Communications team in 2005. She serves as a strategic partner to Enrollment Management, including all factors of recruitment and enrollment communications. As assistant director, she is responsible for ensuring clear and effective communication of the University brand through the development and execution of comprehensive communication plans, recruitment materials and institutional publications.
She earned a bachelor's in business from the University of Northern Iowa with an emphasis in advertising. Her marketing and communications career includes experience in health care, parks and recreation, utilities, manufacturing, and publishing. Beth brings a diverse background in marketing, advertising, content development, strategic communications planning and project management to the UMC team.
