Dennis Wobbe
Director of Dining Services
Dennis Wobbe earned his B.S. in Food Service Management and Culinary Arts from Johnson and Wales University in Charleston, South Carolina. He has been the Director of Dining Services at SIUE since 2008. Before coming to SIUE, Dennis worked in a wide variety of operations including, St. Louis University, Chase Park Plaza, Coronado, Sunset Country Club, Harbor Club and Walt Disney World.
