What are your job duties at NCERC?
As the Director of Fermentation, I provide scientific knowledge support for projects.
What is something you enjoy about your job at NCERC?
Something I appreciate about my job at NCERC is working in small groups. It means fast communication.
What does teamwork look like at your job at NCERC ?
Teamwork at NCERC looks like many different people working smoothly together.
What is an interesting part of your job that external people may not realize that you do?
I work with many different math calculations depending on the project.
Without disclosing client information, what has been your favorite project to work on and why? I really enjoyed a 1000–L scale-up for orchard waste because of the good internal and external teamwork.
What do you love most about your career field?
Exploring possibilities of science!
