Savannah DeFini Prairie Farms Cougar of the Week
SIUE women's soccer junior Savannah DeFini (Gretna, Nebraska) earned Prairie Farms Cougar of the Week honors after scoring her first career hat trick during SIUE's 6-1 home opener against Chicago State.
DeFini started the scoring spree against Chicago State at the 8:26 marker. She scored her second goal at the start of the second half. Her final goal came from a penalty kick in the 50th minute of the game.
