The annual golf tournament is being held by a group of retirees of Scott Air Force Base and fans of WSIE from O’Fallon, Ill.
Partial proceeds from the event will go to the Richard Allen Cultural Center and Museum in Leavenworth, Kan. The Museum is the historic home of U.S. Army Captain William Bly, a Buffalo Soldier during World War I.
Check-in for the tournament is at 8 a.m. The shotgun start is at 9 a.m.
“WSIE is looking forward to this golf tournament,” said WSIE General Manager Jason Church. “We are so thrilled to be included alongside such fantastic organizations that will benefit from this tournament.”
