Illinois SBDC for the Metro East at SIUE to Collaborate with Area Partners to offer a Multi-Faceted Session in East St. Louis
Southern Illinois University Edwardsville’s Illinois Small Business Development Center for the Metro East is excited to partner with the Illinois APEX Accelerator at WIU, Metro East Realtist Collective (MERC) and FCB Banks to provide an informational seminar to local small businesses and individuals.
The event aims to educate attendees in the Metro East on how to build a solid business foundation, navigate government contracting, business and personal financing, as well as home ownership. The seminar will be held at the Jackie Joyner-Kersee Community Center from 3-5 p.m. on Wednesday, August 20.
“We are proud to partner with this powerful group to provide the community this valuable information,” said Jo Ann Di Maggio May, director of the SBDC.
Di Maggio May, Dr. Terence Duncan, and Dr. Theresa Ebeler will lead the seminar alongside Linda Kunz and Dave Toby of FCB Banks and MERC representatives, Shundrea Neely and Marcia Parks.
