Strategic Plan

The objective of this SIUE School of Pharmacy strategic plan is to provide an organizational map of actions necessary to achieve target goals. Building off prior strategic plans, the current strategic plan for 2022-2027 was adopted by the faculty on March 17, 2022. In addition, the school adopted an second more specific strategic plan for the areas of Diversity and Inclusion to more firmly embed these values and efforts into our culture.

Responsibility for the dissemination, monitoring and general oversight of SOP Strategic Plan and the SOP Diversity and Inclusion Plan reside with the Strategic Planning and the Diversity and Inclusion Committees, respectively. These groups will perform annual reviews each August in coordination with the Dean’s office and individuals/committees accountable for respective goals/initiatives.
