Dr. Cassandra Maynard is a clinical associate professor in the Pharmacy Practice Department and a clinical pharmacy specialist at St. Mary’s Health Center in Richmond Heights, Mo. Dr. Maynard received her B.S. and doctorate of pharmacy from the Saint Louis College of Pharmacy, then completed a general pharmacy practice residency at St. Mary’s Health Center in 2002. Dr. Maynard has worked in in-patient cardiovascular medicine at St. Mary’s for the past 6 years. Her areas of interest include patient safety, VTE prevention and arrhythmia management.
