Summer Tuition Waivers for Former Graduate Assistants - 4F1
A summer tuition waiver may be granted for no more than one summer term toward completion of a graduate degree. To be eligible, the graduate student must have held an appointment as a graduate assistant for the full length of two consecutive semesters, beginning with the fall semester prior to the summer term, and the waiver must be used in the summer term immediately following the two consecutive semesters of service. The application for the waiver must be submitted to the Graduate School no later than the first day of the summer term.
The waiver applies only to courses that count toward completion of the current degree program. No overload is allowed. The student must have an overall cumulative GPA of at least 3.0. The grant of such a waiver is subject to the approval of the Dean of the Graduate School.
