Welcome to the Purchasing Department
Our goal is to serve the University with the effective delivery of purchase orders and contract administration. The Purchasing Department is also responsible for receiving and distribution of purchased goods, expediting outbound shipments, and pick-up/delivery of surplus equipment and furniture. We are committed to providing access to diverse vendors and suppliers in support of the University’s mission.

The Illinois Procurement Bulletin contains information about business opportunities for all public universities in the state of Illinois. We recommend all vendors create a “My Bulletin Account'' where you can download solicitation documents and vendor forms, sign up for automatic email notifications when notices are posted in your area of interest, and learn more about how to do business with universities.
