5 Things to Do at Home During the Coronavirus Quarantine

Right now we are all trying get into a somewhat normal routine again. For me, that means figuring out what my school work looks like, and what I can do keep myself busy and healthy. Listed below are five ways anyone could try at home to soak up some of the free time.
- Try an at-home workout
The gyms closing was a safe and smart decision. However, it impacted me because I like to use the machines. Finding new exercises to do at home with the limited materials available to me has been interesting. I have been trying free fitness apps and websites with workout plans and nutrition guides.
- Get creative with the food you have
Getting out of the house to go to the store can make people a little wary, so I’ve got the perfect hack for you. There are several websites that help you come up with recipes based on the ingredients you already have in your house or apartment.
- Get organized
Tidying up your work space, cleaning your room and decluttering your living space can reap many benefits. It can lower stress and anxiety levels. It can also be a motivator to complete your work in that freshly cleaned space.
- Get rid of clothes you no longer wear
It’s spring, so that calls for spring cleaning! Getting rid of things you no longer wear can make you feel a lot better. Whether you donate the items to Goodwill, pass it along to a friend, or sell the item on a reselling app, you are getting rid of things that no longer benefit you.
