Culinary Passport: Cooking Around the World
Pack your bags — no plane required! In this hands-on cooking camp, middle school chefs explore foods and flavors from cultures around the globe while learning kitchen skills, food safety, and cooking techniques. Campers will prepare recipes and discover how food connects people and traditions while building confidence, curiosity, and creativity in the kitchen.
Ages/Grade Levels: Students entering 6th through 8th grade (Ages 11-13)
When: Tuesday-Friday, July 21-24, 1 p.m.-4 p.m.
Where: SIUE Edwardsville Campus, FRESH Nutrition Lab, Vadalabene Center
