SIUE Vocal Arts Camp
The 2026 SIUE Vocal Arts Camp is an opportunity for middle & high school students (ages 12-18, rising 7th grade to high school graduates) to share a summer full of exciting opportunities in a wide range of music genres and in different settings, including:
- Solo and ensemble singing
- Exploring classical and contemporary repertoire
- Annual talent show
- Festival showcase concert in Dunham Hall Theatre
We will be focusing on healthy and beautiful choral singing experience, and a creative and inclusive camp culture. Our ensembles and workshops are taught by professional vocal coaches, choral conductors, and music educators, that blend the development of appropriate vocal technique with mastering musical excellence in multiple settings and music genres.
The SIUE Vocal Arts Camp serves the greater Southern Illinois and St. Louis metropolitan areas as a summer choral experience of safety, learning, musical excellence, and community. At our Vocal Arts camp, we aim to forge life-long and authentic friendships, meaningful musical experiences, and celebrate our growth and collective achievements.
