When a student is admitted with dual admission, they are guaranteed general acceptance to SIUE. A dual admission application must be completed while enrolled at a community college.

Transfer program guides can be used to help students efficiently complete their associate degree and transfer to
SIUE. Each transfer program guide provides information about community college and SIUE requirements.

Pathway programs allow students to follow a specific curriculum while attending a community college and transfer into their intended major at SIUE. A pathway application must be completed while enrolled at a community college.

SIUE students have the opportunity to transfer back course credit toward an associate degree while they are completing a baccalaureate degree.
