Admission Requirements
The Multidisciplinary Biomedical and Biological Sciences (MBBS) Graduate Program encompasses eight distinct concentrations on the Edwardsville, Springfield, and Carbondale campuses. Students interested in pursuing a PhD in Pharmacology or Medicinal Chemistry should visit the MBBS website to learn more.Admission to the program will be granted by the MBBS program director. Applications received on or before January 15 will receive priority. Please contact the SIU School of Medicine with questions regarding the application process at mbbs@siumed.edu.
Concurrent admission by SIUE in unclassified status is required to participate in the cooperative PhD program. Please contact the SIUE Office of Graduate Admissions with questions regarding the application submission process at graduateadmissions@siue.edu.
