Affordable Education
SIUE offers academic excellence that is affordable. Our tuition and required fees are among the lowest of all four-year institutions in Illinois.
Graduate scholarships, fellowships and assistantships are awarded to qualifying students each year to help finance graduate education and provide opportunities for scholarly and creative activities. Additionally, the International GEO Award offers a special tuition rate resulting in a 50% tuition reduction for academically qualified international students.
As an international student, you are required to show that you have the funds to support yourself for an entire calendar year before you can get a visa.
