Graduate Student Forms - As you go through your program, there will be many requests for you to provide information via forms. These will include your selection of research advisor, thesis committee, requests for funding to attend a conference, summer tuition waiver, overload/underload petition, scheduling of thesis, final check-out of the department, etc. You should be able to find them all right here.
Thesis Information - Additionally, the format, style, and submission process for your thesis must fit within certain parameters defined by SIUE. Forms and guidance are provided below, but one of the best ways to understand the format is by reviewing a previous Thesis from the department.
