Department of Criminal Justice to Host Second Annual Career Fair
The SIUE Department of Criminal Justice will host its Second Annual Criminal Justice Career Fair on Thursday March 26, 2020, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the Morris University Center Goshen Lounge.
More than 43 agencies will be attending the Career Fair, representing several criminal justice related career paths:
- Legal, including law schools, the Madison County State’s Attorney and Public Defender’s Offices and the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of Illinois;
- Juvenile Services, including the Children’s Home and Aid Society (CHASI), various juvenile detention sites and the Illinois Department of Juvenile Justice;
- Corrections, including representatives from county and federal probation offices;
- Law Enforcement, including representatives from the federal, state and local sectors;
- Victim Services, including the Crime Victims Advocacy Center and Eden’s Glory (working with survivors of human trafficking);
- Private Security; and
- Graduate Study (SIUE Criminal Justice Policy Online Master’s Program).
