The Office of the Bursar is committed to providing excellent customer service as you pay your bill, receive your refund and ask questions about financing your education at SIUE. As the official billing and payment office for the University, the Office of the Bursar communicates via your official University email account about important due dates and deadlines. Here are the primary reasons you may need to contact the Office of the Bursar:
- Questions about tuition and fee assessment
- Payment due dates
- Payment options including pay by mail, in-person, third party (i.e. employer), military benefits, College Illinois, installment payment plan, or past due balances
- Questions about credit balances and refunds
- Setup authorization for a third party (i.e. parent) to view and pay your student account online
- Questions about Form 1098-T
Your student account will reflect all charges for tuition, fees, housing, meal plan, and other applicable course fees and possible fines. As well as credits from financial aid, waivers, grants, scholarships and loans. We recommend you regularly check your student account throughout the semester and contact us with questions.
