How We Help Forms Tuition and Fees/Course Certification

Tuition & Fee Certifications (16-week courses)

Current enrolled students who need a certification to show proof of course(s) enrolled and total Tuition & Fee cost for a specific semester are directed to the online self-service tool. This online portal is accessible via CougarNet under the student’s official login credentials. Once logged in,

Select Student
Student Account
Tuition and Fees/Course Certification
- Input the correct term
- Input report Year
- Select email to send the report
- Preview Certificate
  - From the Preview Certificate pop-up
    - Confirm correct information
    - Click on Send Cert (upper right) to have a PDF emailed

If the student adds/drops any course(s), the student may need to run a new Enrollment Certification request.

Tuition & Fee Certificate (Specific course)

Current enrolled students who need a Tuition & Fees/Course Certification for one specific course will be directed to complete the Request Information form. Be sure to include the Course Subject and Number (ex. 800123456, Fall 2024, MBA 521). This may take 1-2 business days for processing. Requests will be processed starting the 3^rd week of classes.
