Find your balance and flow on the water with our StandUp Paddleboard (SUP) Yoga classes at the SFC Indoor Pool! This unique yoga experience combines the serenity of floating on water with the strength and mindfulness of traditional yoga practice. Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or brand new to paddleboarding, this class offers a fun and refreshing way to challenge your balance, build core strength, and deepen your connection to breath and body.
Enjoy a peaceful, low-light pool environment as you float through gentle movements, mindful breathing, and balance-focused poses. Each class begins with a brief paddleboard orientation, followed by guided yoga led by an experienced instructor. No paddleboard or yoga experience is required — just bring your swimsuit, towel, and an open mind!
Drop-ins are free, but space is limited to 10 participants per session. If you would like to reserve your spot, you have pre-register at the SFC Front Desk for $5, if you are a student, or $10, if you are staff member.
