Current Students - Schedule your appointment with a Career Counselor, through your Cougar Jobline account.
Below are instructions:
- Login to your Cougar Jobline account at https://siue.12twenty.com using your e-id and password.
- Select “Appointments” from the menu on the left.
- If you have worked with a Counselor in the past, you can view your Assigned Advisor on your profile and then schedule an appointment with that Counselor.
- If no Assigned Advisor is listed on your profile, you may schedule an appointment with any Counselor based on availability.
- If you are seeing a blank calendar for a specific career advisor, it means that all appointments on that day are already scheduled.
- On the calendar, find a day and time that works for you with a gray block of time indicating that the career advisor has open appointments during that time.
- Click “Book Appointments” to see the open appointment times.
- Select an “Appointment Type” and a time.
- Then, go the “Attachments” and upload the resume file you wish to have reviewed at your appointment, if you are scheduling a resume appointment.
- Click “Book Appointment” to complete the appointment scheduling process.
In Person Appointment Guidelines:
- No food or drink is allowed during your appointment.
