At SIUE we strive to ensure our campus climate is one that supports all constituents' ability to engage in campus activity without concern for their psychological or physical safety. Our institution is committed to a culture of belonging where all community members feel valued and have the opportunity to make valuable contributions to the campus.
No behavior should contribute to or create an environment that limits the ability of an individual to work, study, or participate in University life. Concerns about the campus climate must be reported so that inappropriate and unwelcome behavior can be properly addressed and the community at large can be educated.
