National Accreditation
Many of our programs are nationally accredited and taught by award-winning faculty. Both undergraduate and graduate students benefit from experiential learning opportunities in classes, laboratories, clinics, internships, and international travel study.
Public Health
Both the Bachelor of Science in Public Health and the Master of Public Health degree programs in the Public Health Program at SIUE are accredited by the Council on Education for Public Health (CEPH), 1010 Wayne Avenue, Suite 220, Silver Spring, MD 20910, (202) 789-1050. You may view the SIUE Final Self Study submitted to CEPH and a copy of the CEPH Accreditation Report from June 21-22, 2022.
Speech-Language Pathology Accreditation
The Master of Science degree program in Speech-Language Pathology at SIUE is accredited by the Council on Academic Accreditation in Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association, 2200 Research Boulevard, #310, Rockville, MD 20850, 800-498-2071 or 301-296-5700.
Public Meeting Notice
The Southern Illinois University-Edwardsville (SIUE) Master’s (MS) in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) are currently under review for reaccreditation by the Council on Academic Accreditation in Audiology & Speech-Language Pathology (CAA) of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) (https://caa.asha.org/). In accordance with the CAA’s Public Comment policy and procedures, the CAA is seeking public comment as part of the review of the SIUE MS-SLP program.
During this public meeting, stakeholders are welcome to offer questions, comments, and other feedback regarding the accreditation status of the program.
