About Mr. Masiongale
Tedd is a full-time Tier I instructor. His clinical career spans over thirty years within multiple areas of practice across several geographical locations within the United States and Canada. He has served on the American Speech-Language Hearing Association’s (ASHA) Multicultural Issues Board and Continuing Education Boards, and was instrumental in developing an ASHA FAQ addressing clinical practice with gender diverse populations. He is a Distinguished Fellow in the National Academies of Practice (NAP). He came to SIUE in 2015. He teaches dysphagia and supervises graduate students in the SIUE Speech-Language-Hearing Clinic. He is a frequent presenter at professional meetings at the state and national levels and is involved with various professional organizations.
