Dr. Anne Werner is an associate professor with the Department of Construction, School of Engineering, Southern Illinois University Edwardsville. Her research areas are construction materials, construction history and sustainability. Dr. Werner served as a CEC Officer in the US Navy, and has worked for Black & Veatch, the Missouri Department of Transportation, BNSF Railroad, and the USACE. She is licensed as a Professional Engineer in Illinois and Missouri.
