John Gilmore
John Gilmore is the Geomatics Business Unit Leader with Horner & Shifrin, Inc. and has more than 28 years of experience in GIS, CAD, and Surveying for state-wide, county, municipal, and private clients for a variety of projects that include GIS services, asset management, condition assessment, mobile mapping, building additions and modifications, bridges and tunnels, water and wastewater treatment facilities and water systems, storm and sanitary sewer systems. As Business Unit Leader, John is responsible for leadership of the Geomatics organization and oversees all GIS services including development and implementation of GIS Systems, multiple-tier database application development, project web sites, customized ArcGIS applications from conception to rollout, field collections, and GIS technology integration.
