Ray Riggs
Ray Riggs has deep roots in the hills and hollers of the Missouri Ozarks. As fifth generation Howell Countian and a first generation surveyor, Ray has worked within the surveying profession since graduating from the West Plains High School in 1982. Ray is licensed in Missouri, Oklahoma, Mississippi and Nebraska, and was recently appointed Howell County Surveyor by Governor Parson. In January 2022, Ray and his brother Ralph formed Riggs Brothers Surveying, LLC, which offers professional land surveying services to Missouri and the border states.
