Sarah Stover
Sarah Stover is the Senior Corporate Recruiter at SAM (Surveying & Mapping), where she specializes in talent acquisition for the North Central region, including St. Louis, Chicago, Kansas City, Denver, and Salt Lake City. She has focused on engineering and surveying recruitment since 2019 and joined SAM in 2024.
Sarah is passionate about increasing awareness of the land surveying profession and helping future surveyors discover the wide variety of career paths within the field. She recruits for roles ranging from Instrument Operators and Crew Chiefs to Project Managers and leadership positions, as well as positions across SAM’s Aerial Mapping, UAS, and Building Information Modeling teams.
Through her work, Sarah partners closely with students and emerging professionals, offering insight into career development, industry trends, and the skills that help new graduates succeed.
