SOE Mechanical Engineering students Abin Paudel and Macy Deck attended the Mechanical Contractors Association (MCAA) 2023 Convention in Phoenix, Arizona to receive Student Charter.

The SIUE Student Chapter Mechanical Contractors Association (MCAA) received their official charter.
As part of her work with MCAA, Macy Deck received a national scholarship of $5,000! Congratulations, Macy!
Macy Deck shared her experience “On March 28-29, Abin and I attended the MCAA 2023 Convention in Phoenix, Arizona to receive the chapter charter. The convention was a really neat experience. We got to see and learn from Dana Perino, Former White House Press Secretary, and John McEnroe, former professional tennis player. We met mechanical contractors in the St. Louis area and across the country.”
