Spring 2026

Advisement & Registration Schedule

Advisement for All Engineering Students begins: Tuesday, September 2, 2025.

Students (with no University holds) will be able to register for courses themselves (via CougarNet) on their assigned registration date below.  Advisors will assist with planning your Spring 2026 schedule, then will release the ‘Advisor Check-In (AC) Hold’ and/or provide a ‘Registration PIN’ (if applicable) for each student at the end of the advisement meeting.

Note: Advisors do not enroll students in courses. Students are responsible for registering for courses after meeting with their advisor.   

Currently enrolled, declared Engineering students must schedule advisement appointments via Starfish.  You may find your assigned academic advisor's name in the Starfish - Networks section.  Some Engineering students may have an advisor located in the Office of First Year and Transitional Advising, SOAR, Honors, or Athletics.

If you are an Incoming Transfer Student, please call Engineering Student Services at 618-650-5300 to schedule an advisement appointment.

Advisement Times:
Appointments are available throughout the week. Schedule early so you can register on time.

Office Hours:
Monday - Friday
8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
1:00 p.m. - 4:30 p.m.

Walk-In Times:
Walk-ins are subject to advisor availability. 

Wednesdays 1:30 p.m. - 3:00 p.m.
Thursdays 9:30 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.

Extended Hours are by appointment only.
