Charles Fulford
Program Director of Public Water Supply
Charles Fulford serves as the Program Director of public Water Supply at the ERTC. An ERTC alumnus, he holds multi-state licenses in wastewater, collection systems, and drinking water. A student-centered instructor and dedicated mentor, he brings real-world expertise to the classroom and is known for his hands-on, results-driven approach. Charles also serves on the Executive Board for the IAWPCO.
